My name is Martynas Jocius— I am the founder and CEO of Idiles, a small software company. My dream is to learn as much as I can about turning great ideas into great businesses. My goal is to share that knowledge, implement my ideas, and help others implement theirs. I am also mad about music, and really enjoy writing songs. This is just as important as my business interests in some ways— in fact, very comparable. I believe a musician who strives to make a living with his art is also a kind of founder. This blog will investigate not only companies, teams, and processes, but also how all kinds of life interests can teach us about our goals, passions, and missions.

This blog is a part of my mission. Friends, we must begin to live differently. We must become conscious, alive, and free. We all have dreams— most of us are already aware of them. But only a small few are unafraid to realize themselves, and start doing something real.

Everyone can achieve, not just a few special, select people. We have extreme amounts of vitality and endurance, so often hidden. We can change things for the better.

Business startup is a beginning. It joins people. Knowledge lets us use resources efficiently. And then something truly important happens— I would call it self-realization.

By awakening ourselves, we enrich the world.
